The Policing Pledge confirms our commitment to acting on feedback and developing the way we do things to ensure we deliver an accessible policing service that can be used by everyone.

Having a workforce representative of the local community and effectively engaging with, and involving, our staff, the public and partnership organisations is fundamental to enable us to achieve this aim. 

This way, through improved Citizen Focus, in particular with those who are harder to reach, engage or communicate with, we will provide a better service to customers, increase confidence and support the delivery of the 2020 Vision.
