HR Policy and Diversity Team

This team helps to deliver the Diversity agenda.

Their work includes:

  • Monitoring force performance and existing HR polices and procedures so resources are available

  • Current and future business needs

  • Developing and maintaining the Force Equality Scheme, which includes workforce establishment, recruitment, flexible working, reduced hours, discipline and grievances


Recruitment and Resourcing Team

This team identifies, plans for and designs workforce requirements, ensuring the force has resources in the right place at the right time.

Their work includes:

  • Ensuring the force has a high quality and diverse workforce deployed in a flexible and effective way

  • Establishing recruitment schedules


Learning Delivery Team

This team manages services and resources, ensuring internal learning and development training.

Their work includes:

  • Meeting the needs of the force’s learning and development plan

  • Responding to changing needs and priorities.
