Report a non-emergency incident
If you are the victim or have witnessed any non-emergency incident occurring within the Northumbria Police area, you can use the internet to report non-urgent, less serious crimes.

Making off without payment

The none-emergency number 03456 043043 should be used to report a crime if you didn’t see whole committed it eg you have returned to find your room has been burgled and the suspect has left. Or if you want to report something suspicious or if you want some advice.
