International students - Change of details

If you change any of your personal or contact details whilst studying in the Northumbria Police area, you will need to re-register with Northumbria Police Overseas Visitors Registration Office.

In order to do so, you will need to download and complete the following form.

You will need to

  • Save the completed form to somewhere you will remember 

  • Add the saved PDF form as an attachment to the email message.

  • Then send it by email to ovro@northumbria.pnn.police.uk

If you use Web-based Emaill, such as Gmail or Yahoo Mail, the email link above will not work.
However, you will still be able to send an email by

  • Starting a new message

  • Typing in (or cutting and pasting) ovro@northumbria.pnn.police.uk

  • Attaching the saved PDF form to the message.

On receipt of your registration document an appointment will be allocated. This will be either at the offices of OVRO,or at your University campus.
