Appeal for witnesses following Newcastle robbery

Police are appealing for witnesses following a robbery in Newcastle.
Officers were called to Norbury Grove, Newcastle, at 2.55am, on Sunday, November 16, following reports a man had been threatened with a baseball bat and a samurai sword.
The offenders made off with the victim's holdall which contained cash. The victim was not injured but shaken as a result of the incident.
Further enquiries led to the arrest of a 25-year-old woman, a 29-year-old man and a 30-year-old man on suspicion of robbery.
A 29-year-old woman has also been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
The stolen items and both weapons have also been recovered by police.
