Cornering Clinics

Northumbria Police is gearing up to help cut the number of motorcycle crashes on the region’s roads.

As the dark nights approach and conditions on the region’s highways begin to vary, Northumbria Police is offering the chance to learn how to be a safer rider.

The aim of the cornering clinics will be to explain to riders the importance of good skills, with examples of what can go wrong and how to improve their riding.


The clinics will be held at:

  • County Hall, Morpeth, Northumberland - 2010
    Saturday 25th September - 10:00am

  • Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters, Nissan Way, Washington - 2010 
    Sunday 26th September - 10:00am

The sessions are FREE and will last approximately two hours, refreshments will be provided.

There is no need to pre-book.
