Appeal after bike theft

Police are appealing for witnesses after a bike was stolen in Newcastle.
It happened at about 2.30am on Thursday, February 2, when the bike, a white-coloured Giant model, was stolen from the yard of a house at Armstrong Road.
Police are reminding people to keep their bikes securely locked in the house, garage or shed, and to ensure they are locked to an immovable object, preferably using a D-lock.
