Tools stolen in garage burglary

Police are appealing for information after tools were stolen from a garage in Gateshead.
Between 4:30pm on Wednesday, February 1 and 7.30am on Thursday, February 2, thieves broke into the garage in Lindrick Court, Wardley and stole a Stihl saw and Belle vibrating whacker plate, in total worth almost £1,500.
Anyone with any information about the burglary or the whereabouts of the stolen tools is asked to contact Northumbria Police on 101 ext 69191 or the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
