Tools stolen

Police are appealing for witnesses following the theft of tools in North Shields.

The incident happened in Stormont Street when thieves got into the rear yard and stole a range of tools and power tools worth £750.
It happened overnight between 4pm on Monday, February 6 and 9.30am on Tuesday, February 7.

Thieves stole: A Keddy Dewalt 18v drill, Bosch drill, Black & Decker branded jigsaw, air gun, file and sander, Bosch drill, Peugeot air gun, a socket set and tools.

Police are appealing for anyone who was in the area and who may have seen or heard anything suspicious.  Also, anyone who may be offered these items for sale.
