Power tools stolen in burglary

Police are appealing for information after a burglary in Seaton Sluice.

Between 5pm Monday, January 30, and 8am Tuesday, January 31, thieves broke into a house in Fountain Head Bank.

They stole a number of power tools including a nail gun, a Dewalt saw and drill and a hammer drill.

They also took two Velux windows with flashing kits.

Witnesses reported seeing a man acting suspiciously in the area around the time of the theft.
Police want to speak to this man in connection with the incident.

He is described as being white, around 5ft 10ins tall, of stocky build and his in late 30s. He had a round face, was unshaven with dark stubble and was wearing a dark coloured hat, a navy fleece and scruffy blue denim jeans.
