Second murder charge following Blyth fire

This is an update in relation to the investigation into the murder of 40-year-old Jason Lockwood, from Blyth, on Tuesday, February 14.
Police have now charged a second man in connection with the incident.
Stephen Tiffin, 28, of Ingoe Close, Blyth, has been charged with murder. He will appear before South East Northumberland Magistrates' Court this afternoon.
