Three men arrested following graffiti on takeaway shop

Three men have been arrested after graffiti was sprayed on a takeaway in Washington.
On Tuesday, April 17, police received a report racist and abusive graffiti had been sprayed on the front of Albany Spice takeaway in Albany, Washington.
Three men, aged 36, 47 and 74, have been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated criminal damage and released on police bail.
Neighbourhood Inspector Paul Stewart, of Washington Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "Racist behaviour simply won't be tolerated and we will take robust action against those suspected of being responsible to make sure offenders are brought to justice."
