Spar robbery renewed appeal

Detectives investigating a robbery at a Spar Store in Front Street, Monkseaton, in North Tyneside at 11.44am on Thursday, November 5, are renewing their appeal for witnesses.
Officers are asking for anyone who may have information about this crime - who has not yet come forward - to do so straightaway.
In particular anyone who was in the area of Monkseaton and who may have witnessed the robbery or seen the robbers leave the shop in a burgundy coloured Ford C-Max vehicle which they abandoned literally minutes after the robbery before leaving the area in another vehicle, yet to be traced.
