Man dies following collision

Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision on the A697 at Heighley Gate on Saturday, June 30.
At around 11.45am police attended the scene where a motorcycle and a car had collided.
Both the driver of the car and the motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and were air lifted to hospital.
The driver of the car as since died of his injuries.
Sgt Jason Ryder said: "This as been a tragic incident and my thoughts are with the families of the deceased and the injured man.
"I would urge anyone who may have witnessed this incident to come forward to police to establish the full circumstances of what has happened."
