Two arrested after Choppington assault

Police are appealing for information after an assault in Choppington.
At 10:35pm on Monday, July 9, police received a report that a man had been assaulted in Gordon Terrace.
Officers attended and a 19-year-old-man was taken to hospital with an injury to his ear.
Two men , aged 21 and 19, have been arrested on suspicion of assault and are currently in police custody.
