CCTV released after purse theft

Police have released CCTV images of a man they need to speak to in connection with a theft from a Newcastle bus.
It happened at 7.20pm on Saturday, June 16, at Haymarket bus station in Newcastle, when a 15-year-old girl left her purse unattended on a bus seat.
The purse was subsequently stolen. Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe has information which will help with their enquiries into the theft.
