Police in Newcastle are investigating a robbery which happened at Noble Amusements in Clayton Street, Newcastle, on Saturday, 5 April, at just after 8.40pm.

A woman working in the premises was threatened by a single man who demanded cash. Although left shocked the woman was uninjured.

The man left with an amount of cash in a yellow bag.

The man, who appeared drunk, was described as being in his 20s, of medium build and short in height. He was wearing a black or grey hoodie top with the hood up.

He left the premises and ran up Clayton Street towards Falconar Court.

Officers have made a full check of the area, making enquiries and reassuring members of the community.
