Lead theft, Gateshead

Police are appealing for witnesses following the theft of lead flashing from the roof of Christ Church Hall, on Sunderland Road in Gateshead. The theft happened at around 12:20am on Wednesday, March 17.

Someone got onto the roof and ripped-off metal flashing on the roof stealing a small amount of metal but causing a great deal of damage to the roof.
