The following Neighbourhood priorities relate to your area:

1. May 2012: Anti-social behaviour and disorder around Felling, Heworth and Pelaw Metro stations.

"What you told us"

Reduce incidents of anti-social behaviour at Metro stations in Felling, Heworth and Pelaw.

"What we are doing about it"

All reported incidents will be graded a 'priority' for attendance by a uniformed response officer.

Neighbourhood officers routinely patrol the Metro stations and traveling on trains to provide a visible deterrent to anyone intent on causing disorder.

Metro 'ticket inspectors' are increasing patrols in these areas.

"Keeping you informed"

Together with Nexus we are canvassing the opinions of Metro users and holding on-line meetings to capture their thoughts about this subject.

"Keeping you informed"

A number of target offenders have been identified who will be subject to actions including daily visits which will focus on deterring and disrupting their activities.
