Youth anti-social behaviour at the Jubilee Estate, in particular fires being set in wheelie bins and throwing stones at local residents' homes.

- Police have worked in partnership with Your Homes Newcastle and Tyne and Wear Fire and rescue Service staff to target known offenders.
- Enforcement and education actions have been undertaken.
- There have been increased patros and neighbourhood warden patrols in the area.
- A 'week of action' took place to clean up the estate and to remove rubbish which was being used to start fires.
- People have been arrested for some offences.
- Tenancy enforcement action is also pending against offenders.
