• We increased patrols and have worked closely with North Tyneside Council to improve the environment and identify long term solutions to divert young people away from crime and disorder.

• We are working with local schools to promote responsible citizenship.

• We have also increased the number of neighbourhood officers patrolling this area at the relevant times.

You said...

"You expressed concerns about anti-social behaviour in West Bailey, Killingworth."

We did...

• We have increased patrols and resources in the area to identify and target offenders and reduce the opportunity for anti social behaviour.

• In partnership with local Authority Safer Estates Housing Team we have issued Acceptable Behaviour Agreements and Tenancy Enforcement Letters. We will jointly monitor incidents/concerns and progress enforcement action where applicable.

"We have concerns over alcohol related anti-social behaviour in Longbenton, North Tyneside."

We did...

• We have increased patrols and resources in the area to identify and target offenders.

•  Arrests have been made and referrals made to support agencies. Prosecutions are still pending. 

• In partnership with Local Authority Safer Estates Housing Team we have issued Acceptable Behaviour Agreements and Tenancy Enforcement Letters resulting in one person being moved out of the area. A joint application was made and has been granted for an Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction.
