You said

Youths were congregating in an enclosed housing area at High Greens, Berwick and their behaviour was becoming disorderly.

We did

Extra patrols were deployed to the area which resulted in the youths being identified and advised about the effect that their behaviour was having on residents in the neighbourhood. 

The youths were linked to a local youth project and had begun loitering outside after meetings.  The youths responded positively and their project leaders assisted by encouraging them to attend at opening time and to leave the area after closing time.

The neighbourhood returned to normal and the residents were visited by the NPT officer for that area, who provided an overview of what action had been taken.
