Appeal following collision in Swarland

Police are appealing for information following a crash on the A1 near Swarland in Northumberland.
The incident, which happened at 3.07pm on Sunday, April 29, involved a blue MG and a silver Mazda.
A 32-year-old woman, and two girls both aged 11 were taken to the Wansbeck District General Hospital with minor injuries.
A 43-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man were taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The road was closed temporarily in both directions.
