Appeal for witnesses after CSOs injured

Police are appealing for witnesses after two Community Support Officers were assaulted in Sunderland.
It happened at 4.50pm yesterday, Wednesday, August 1, in Front Street in Shiney Row when they were supporting police with an assist with an arrest.
