Your local police team will not be complacent. We have launched Operation Captain to focus on the offenders and actively target people selling on stolen property from the burglaries.
-
Officers will carry out high visibility patrols within hot-spot areas to prevent and deter offences and engage with the public.
-
Neighbourhood officers will also patrol in plain clothes and positively target those suspected to be responsible for these crimes.
-
Neighbourhood officers will provide crime prevention advice to reduce the chances of becoming a victim of crime.
