Theft from motor vehicles in the area of St Peters Metro and Sheepfold

Extra patrols were deployed to the area including the use of officers in plain clothes. Three arrests were made during March and April. The area has also been signposted to remind people parking their vehicles in the area not to leave valuables on display. As a result there has been a noticeable reduction in offences during the last two weeks of April.
