• The following information has been extracted from the Force Systems and internal records held within the force. • Data has been checked for cases where the subject was a Police Officer and had a disciplinary sanction recorded between 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2024.

NOTE: This question relates to disciplinary hearings that concluded and were recorded in the 2022-23 and 2023-24 financial year regardless of when the actual incident took place or when the allegation was first investigated.

1. i. In the 2022-23 and 2023-24 financial years please statei. how many of your police officers (not civilian staff, specials or PCSOs) were the subject of a disciplinary sanctions of ANY description because they were found to have had sex while on duty, and

ii. how many of these officers were dismissed from the force?

All 3 Police Officers were dismissed.

2.Of these officers please provide a breakdown between (i) male officers and (ii) female officers?

All 3 Police Officers are male.

3.Of these officers please provide a breakdown between

i. those having sex with a fellow officer,

ii. those having sex with a member of the public, and

3 Police Officers.
