We are able to disclose the located information to you as follows.

You asked:

1. The cost, defined as the extra amount of money that you will have to pay over the next financial year, that your territorial police force will incur as a result of the increase in employers National Insurance Contributions as of the Autumn Budget 2024

The Force has not yet finalised or approved its budget for 2025/26, however, our Finance Department hold an estimate of the cost at approximately £6.2 million.

2. The cost, defined as the extra amount of money that you will have to pay over the next financial year, that your territorial police force will incur as a result of the increase in a) National Minimum Wage and b) National Living         Wage as of the Autumn Budget 2024.

This question does not apply to the Force as it is a “Real Living Wage Employer”.
