I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act to request the following data regarding Anti-Social Behaviour Case Reviews, formerly known as the ‘Community Trigger’.
I am looking for data for 2021, 2022 and 2023 please. Can it be categorised in calendar years please?
1. The number of applications for Anti-Social Behaviour Case Reviews the force received.
2. The number of times the threshold for review was not met.
3. The number Anti-Social Behaviour Case Reviews carried out.
4. The number of Anti-Social Behaviour Case Reviews that resulted in action being taken.
It should be noted that we hold no information prior to 2022. However, some local authorities may be able to assist you with information relating to their area and we would suggest that you contact them directly.
As the information you have requested in relation to 2022 and 2023 is accessible by other means we have not provided you with a copy of the information and will rely on Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. You should therefore consider this a refusal for your request.
