Motorcycle Thefts & Associated Anti-social Behaviour
Action taken:
We are working with local communities and partner agencies to tackle motorcycle theft and the antisocial behaviour associated with stolen and nuisance motorcycles across Bedlington. By identifying offenders, sharing intelligence and targeting those responsible, we are taking a problem-solving approach that reduces crime, harm and disruption to local residents.
Our work focuses on preventing motorcycles from being stolen and subsequently used to commit offences or cause antisocial behaviour. Through proactive enforcement, targeted operations and crime prevention activity, our aim is to reduce theft, deter offenders and improve the safety and confidence of our communities.

Action taken:
We are working with schools, local authorities and partner agencies to tackle antisocial behaviour and address the issues that matter most to our communities. Through joint problem solving, early intervention and targeted activity in hotspot locations, we aim to reduce nuisance behaviour and improve the quality of life for residents.
By combining education, engagement and enforcement, we will support young people to make positive choices while taking appropriate action against those whose behaviour is causing harm within our communities.
